All returned items must be in the
original factory un-opened package and sent back within 14 days of invoice
date to qualify for return. We cannot re-sell opened packaged items. If we
can't sell it as new we cannot take it back. Used merchandise cannot be
returned!
In-Store Pricing
Pricing on this website may differ slightly from
that on items in the store. We will make every attempt to maintain
consistency, but please understand that online pricing is valid only for
online purchases and in-store prices are valid only for in-store purchases.

and explain your reason for the return, your name and your invoice receipt #
and date, we will email you back a return number and shipping instructions.
Any defective merchandise will be replaced when we receive yours back and
verify it actually is defective. (We pay shipping if defective!)
Buying Firearms on line,
The Alpine Shooting Range online store gives
you the option to browse our firearms inventory.
If you find a gun you are interested
in, you may pay for the gun online however you will still be required to pick
up the firearm locally or at a FFL licensed dealer and have the background
check processed there. Upon approval you may take the firearm from that
location. Below is the policy guidelines that must be followed.
Policy for online payment of
Firearms, All firearms must be
transferred through a Federal Firearms License (FFL) Holder. This means that
although we are allowing you to pay your invoices online, we can not ship
firearms directly to you. Once you determine which firearm you would like to
purchase, locate an FFL Holder in your area that is willing to accept and
handle the transfer. Have that FFL Holder mail us a signed-in-ink copy of
their license. Once we receive both the valid FFL and confirmation of the
payment, including shipping charges, we will ship your order to that dealer.
In order to complete the
transaction, and deliver the firearm to the customer, all federal, state, and
local regulations and procedures must be followed by the FFL Holder in
possession of the firearm.
If you are a Texas resident, with
a valid Texas ID, and would like to pick up your firearm at our store, we
will still gladly accept your online payment to hold the firearm for you until
you can make it to the store.
The National Instant Check System
(NICS) is allowed 3 business days to complete their background investigation
for firearms purchases. At times the customer may not be able to take
possession of the firearm the same day that the paperwork is completed. Please
note that most background checks return instantly, and the customer will be
able to pick up their purchase as soon as the investigation is completed and
the transfer approved.
Current Inventory.
Although we have an extensive inventory, we may not always have all of the
items shown on this website in stock. In the event that you place an order
for and item that we do not have on hand, we will notify you as soon as
possible, and make every effort to complete your order in a timely manner.
Unfortunately it is very difficult, if not impossible, to anticipate what our
suppliers have in stock, or when delivery will be made, but we will keep you
up to date on the status of your order.
